I would just like to say a special thank you to my awesome hubby. He has never picked up a loom in his life. He has never crafted with wool in his life. Yet after watching me make the stripe afghan on my authentic knitting board. He asked if he could make me a scarf. I have been meaning to make my self a scarf from this lush aran wool for some time. Alex made this wonderful scarf for me on the knifty knitter pink long loom. I just love it. Thank you baby xxxx

I am really intrigued by your loom
knitting. I haven't heard of this
before so I was wondering if you could explain it. Where did you buy
your looms? They look like they come
from the Amish country.

Hi SJ Thank you so much for stopping by and having a look around my blog and caring enough to leave a comment.

The loom in the picture was purchased from a very good friend of mine. Which i believe she purchased it from the USA. You can see these looms and more information at www.dalooms.com. I just love loom knitting as i have never really been able to needle knit. The first looms i ever purchased is a set of looms called knifty knitters. they came as a set of 4 circular looms. Which you can knit just about any thing on them from a baby hat to an adult size hat. not to mention the gloves and scarfs to match :o) I hope this helps you out :o)
