I was very fortunate to receive some rowan 4ply pure cotton yarn from a special lady. I wanted to do something special with it as. I loved the colour and couldn't stop holding the ball of wool and purrrring at it LOL. So i decided that seen as the ball of wool spent most of its time at my face i would make a wash mitt with it. I have warned every one in the house that if they touch it i will kill them LOL.

I would just like to say a special thank you to my awesome hubby. He has never picked up a loom in his life. He has never crafted with wool in his life. Yet after watching me make the stripe afghan on my authentic knitting board. He asked if he could make me a scarf. I have been meaning to make my self a scarf from this lush aran wool for some time. Alex made this wonderful scarf for me on the knifty knitter pink long loom. I just love it. Thank you baby xxxx

Here is a picture of my beautiful new loom and a swatch i did with some regular DK weight yarn. I just love this loom :o) Thanks again Helen :o)

a work in progress

This is a work in progress. It is being loomed in a 38" Authentic knitting board. I just love how this is turning out :o) It's amazing what the imagination can do :o)

pop eye?

Come on you just got to make him a sailor suit lol. This one was frogged a few times before i got it just right. What ya think?

crazy?

Who says my hubby isn't crazy? He is sporting a practice run hat done on the Kiss loom and some very very nice chunky yarn.

Any one else think he looks scared to death? lmao

pic's of my baby Paddy :o)

This is paddy. He has such a character and he loves dressing up. The sweater he is fashioning today is a design i made in my head whilst watching my hubby chase him in to the night and not be able to find him in the long grass. His favorite position in life is on my knee whilst we watch tv or at my side. he follows me every where :o)

my very first blog!!!!!!!!

This is the very first project i ever did on a loom. I used the green and blue knifty knitter looms. Not bad for a first go ;O)
